At The Laurel, we believe that every child should feel safe, respected and able to be themselves. We work closely with parents, carers and external services to create an inclusive school community where everyone is understood and valued, and where discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. Our approach supports pupils’ wellbeing, helps them build positive relationships and ensures that they understand the importance of kindness, respect and equality for all.
